I call this strip Victorian Fans, since it reminds me of those large beautiful fans ladies once carried.

I did this one using the solid color for the `fans,` and worked the varigated yarn around the edge. However, it would look beautiful done the traditional method with the varigated in the center and the solid color around the edge.
